The Numatics R Series is a line of heavy-duty, rack and pinion-style rotary actuators that are designed to excel in the most rigid applications. The actuators feature a high torque-to-size ratio as well as accurate positioning.

  • Pre-lubricated, sealed ball bearings prevent contamination, and are sized to accept high loads and retain smooth, maintenance-free operation.

  • 1/4-28 tapped hole for future installation of optional grease fitting.

  • Hardcoat-anodized profile tube features extreme hardness rating (60 RC) for excellent wear and corrosion resistance, and produces low coefficient of friction.

  • Standard magnet groove on solid aluminum alloy piston for easy field conversion for position sensing.

  • Self-lubricating, carboxilated nitrile piston seal with PTFE compound for durable, smooth operation.
